The shark is revered by many Fijians, and legend has it that Dakuwaqa (Dukuwanga),
the ancient shark god, provides protection for the people when at sea.
The Bull Shark, Carcharhinus leucas, teeth are the naturally shed and found during the dives with
Beqa Adventure Divers within the Shark Marine Reserve site in Beqa Lagoon, Fiji
